Seascape North View is a fresh, inviting townhome designed for easy days and comfortable nights on the Oregon Coast. Natural light fills the main living level, where the kitchen, dining space, and living room flow together for conversation and time with your group. Relax by the fireplace, watch a movie on the living room TV, or gather around the table to plan the next day's coastal adventures. The full kitchen is equipped for everyday vacation meals with a refrigerator and freezer, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, generous counter space, and island seating. Upstairs, the main north bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The south bedroom offers a second king bed, while the middle bedroom has a twin daybed with a pull-out twin for flexible sleeping. Each bedroom has its own TV, bringing the home to four TVs total. Two full bathrooms, one half bath, and an in-home washer and dryer add convenience. Guests have access to the attached garage and driveway, with parking for up to four vehicles total: two in the garage and two in the driveway. This is a multi-level home: the staircase to the garage level has approximately 16 steps, and the staircase near the front entry has approximately 17 steps to the upper floor. There is no elevator. The home does not include a pool, hot tub, grill, or game room.

Guest Access

Blue Pacific by Portoro offers convenient self check-in. Property-specific entry instructions will be sent by email and text before arrival. Guests have private use of the townhome and attached garage. • Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles total: 2 in the attached garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is not available. • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Getting Around

A car is recommended for exploring Depoe Bay and the Central Oregon Coast. The home includes parking for up to 4 vehicles total: 2 in the attached garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is not available. Highway 101 provides access to nearby coastal communities, viewpoints, beaches, dining, and attractions. Rideshare and taxi availability can be limited and may vary by season and time of day. Regional Airports: • Eugene Airport (EUG) • Portland International Airport (PDX) • Smaller regional airports may also be available depending on your route

Other Things to Note

House Rules & Important Property Information • All guests staying at one of our Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. • Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. • All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. • Occupancy: The maximum occupancy applies at all times and includes both overnight and temporary guests. Group rentals involving more than one property are not permitted when the group’s total size exceeds the maximum occupancy of the largest Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro property rented, regardless of who manages the other property. • Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. All guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Please reach out to Portoro with any questions. • Before check-in, we will send detailed directions to support a seamless arrival. • Multi-Level Home: Interior and exterior stairs are required to access portions of the home. There is no elevator. • Parking: Maximum 4 vehicles total, with 2 spaces in the attached garage and 2 spaces in the driveway. Street parking is not available. • No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted. • No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. • Quiet Hours: Please keep noise low and be considerate of neighbors, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • No Pool / Hot Tub / Grill: These amenities are not provided at this home. • Report Damage: Please report any damage or maintenance concern promptly. • Coastal Wildlife: Do not feed wildlife, and keep food and trash secured. • Personal Grills: Personal charcoal, propane, electric, or portable grills are not permitted. • Pet Friendly: Pets must be disclosed before arrival and approved. A $150 fee applies per pet, per stay. Max 2 dogs • Hotel tax collection: Both Lincoln County and the State of Oregon require applicable lodging taxes to be collected within the booking transaction. Final guest policies, fees, check-in/check-out times, and property-specific restrictions remain subject to the approved rental agreement and pre-arrival instructions.
