The first floor is an efficient apartment-like area. Here you will find a small, yet fully stocked kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. The living area has a sofa, dining table for four, and a TV. There is one bedroom downstairs. It has a king bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a separate space to use as an office/zoom room. From the bedroom you can step right outside to the covered patio and fenced-in backyard. The 2nd floor is the main living area of the house with a spacious living room. The primary kitchen features stainless appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining table seats six. The primary bedroom is also on the 2 nd floor and has a comfy king bed. The primary bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Off the living room is a covered balcony that overlooks the back yard. The third floor has two more bedrooms and a sleeping loft. The third bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom four has a queen bed and a twin daybed. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The loft is perfect for kids or teens, with two twin beds. There is a 3 rd floor balcony that offers great views of the surrounding neighborhood and skyline.
You’ll love entertaining your guests in the fun backyard. Here you will find a covered gazebo with picnic tables and a gas grill (we provide propane!). You can also gather around the fire pit for evening cocktails.
*Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Per County regulation, this house can accommodate 10 "occupants," excluding children 12 years of age or under. However, the house sleeps a total of 11.
Please note, that all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid form of ID. The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
