Beach Bums Only is a custom-built home approximately 100 yards from the Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy your beach vacation in the private, gated community of Marina Village East. Enjoy the community pool in New Quarter of Bay Creek while out exploring or enjoy the home's private pool overlooking the community lake. Enjoy the bay sunsets from the front decks or relax out back looking at your own pool, lake, and the Cape Charles lighthouse water tower in the distance. Beach Bums Only has two bedrooms on the first floor with queen-sized beds and a full hall bath. There is another full bath on the second floor. The main living areas are also on the second floor to capitalize on views. There is a master on the second floor with two full-sized beds and the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with fulls on the bottom and twins up top. On the third floor, there is only a landing available for guests to spread out a bit. Kids will probably have fun hiding, looking down, and spying on the dining area below. Spread out and enjoy the custom upgrades indoors or take advantage of the many decks to bum around outside.

Chesapeake Properties by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office.
