With three bedrooms and three baths, Beach Haven comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for family vacations or group escapes. Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, while the dining nook offers a table that seats six, complemented by breakfast bar seating, perfect for family meals or casual snacks. The primary bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed, inspiring ocean views, a dedicated work-from-home space, direct access to the balcony, and a private TV for your enjoyment. Both guest bedrooms also offer charming bay views and come equipped with their own TVs, ensuring everyone can unwind with their favorite shows.
The spa-inspired primary bathroom is designed for relaxation, featuring a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads on both sides and a built-in bench for a true spa experience. For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, and there’s a smart TV in the living room for group entertainment. Step outside to unwind on the private balcony with comfortable seating, or enjoy the community’s resort-style pool and charcoal grill station. A private boardwalk winds through lush dunes, leading you straight to the beach, and you’re just a short drive from Beach Access Road 1-A for even more coastal adventures. With parking for three vehicles and two elevators, Beach Haven is designed for comfort and convenience.

Guest Access
This home uses door code entry for self-check-in; your door code is sent by email and text 48 hours prior to arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Please note: This residence is not located in an area where golf carts can be used to access the bay side of Highway 361. Local laws strictly prohibit crossing Highway 361 by golf cart, and violators may be subject to fines.
Note: Construction nearby. Limited to business hours with minimal noise.

Getting around Port Aransas is truly part of the vacation experience, and the island’s laid-back vibe makes exploring both fun and easy. Embrace the local lifestyle by hopping in a golf cart, the preferred mode of transportation for both residents and visitors. Golf carts are perfect for cruising between the beach, shops, and restaurants, letting you soak up the sun and salty breeze as you go. If you’re looking for a bit more adventure and want to stay active, renting a bicycle is a great option. Pedal through the colorful streets at your own pace, discovering hidden gems and scenic spots that you might otherwise miss.
For those who enjoy taking it slow, Port Aransas is also a wonderful place to explore on foot. Stroll along the sandy shoreline, pop into unique boutiques, and savor local cuisine at your leisure. And don’t forget the iconic ferry ride, not just a convenient way to get around, but a memorable experience in itself. The ferry offers breathtaking views of the bay and, if you’re lucky, a chance to spot dolphins playing in the waves. However you choose to get around, Port Aransas makes every journey feel relaxed, scenic, and unmistakably island-inspired.
City of Port Aransas, Beach Parking Permit Information:
To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.

Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
• All guests staying at one of our Starkey Properties by Portoro are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
• Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
• All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
• Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. All guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Starkey Properties by Portoro.
• Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
• Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
• Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
• Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
• Stays over 29 days, please inquire separately for terms and conditions.
• Hotel tax collection: Both the City of Port Aransas and the State of Texas requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%.
• Long-term stays: (Snowbird, long-term rental, winter Texas, winter Texan). Contact Starkey Properties by Portoro to discuss if a long-term stay discount applies to this listing. Stays over 29 days are waived from paying the State and Local Hotel Tax. However, there are additional fees we need to collect for damage coverage and housekeeping. In compliance with our policies for long-term stays, we need to collect an additional cleaning fee for guests staying longer than 3 weeks. Your Guest Ambassador will coordinate the cleaning schedule for a minimum of once every 2 weeks. You can request cleanings more frequently if desired. Additional cleaning charges will be sent using a payment request or resolution request, immediately following the cleaning. Your guest ambassador will reply shortly and be available to assist you where needed.
• This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
• This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
• For the safety of guests and the home, there are noise monitoring devices. These devices only measure the decibel level and do not record any audio.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was the perfect size for our party. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were A LOT of things previous renters had left behind that we could use. The condo is updated and has everything needed for a stay at Port A. We will return! All communication with the host was prompt.
