Welcome to Seaclusion on 30a! This three-story beach home is situated on a large corner lot with gorgeous and mature tropical landscaping and privacy. Perfectly located south of 30A his home features incredible decks on every level front and back to take in the views of the Gulf of Mexico and mesmerizing sunsets. The first level offers 2 bedrooms and a full bath that opens to outdoor shower and the large inground private pool. The second level features the main living area with open floor plan including the living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, a full bath and laundry. Third level has 2 king masters with full baths. Both have access to front and back balconies. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Bikes/Cycling or taking public transportation are alternate options (Major corridors in close proximity to South Walton include: I-65, I-55, I-10, and US Hwy 331). While you may be traveling by your/rental vehicle, if you need additional transportation or nearest airport information, we have you covered! The reservation of a Golf Cart is for the extent of your reservation dates, and cannot be booked for individual nights. - Pool Heat Guidelines and Fee If the Property includes an on-site pool that offers optional heating, for reservation dates during the months of April through September is complimentary. You may request that the pool be heated for the duration of your reservation dates at an additional nightly fee of $75.00, for reservation dates during the months of October through March. - Events/Weddings and Parties -- Guidelines and Fee 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro properties may not be used for any unauthorized and unregistered events, weddings, and/or parties. Loved it! We had a really wonderful family vacation at Seaclusion. The location in Santa Rosa Beach was so perfect, we were right next to amazing food and fun bike and standup paddle rentals. The proximity to the beach was just right and an easy walk. The house had so many fun toys for playing in the pool and digging in the sand (kids had a blast) with very comfortable beach chairs (adults could enjoy and relax). We had everything we needed for a wonderful week! Thank you Daniel for your attentive help when we needed you!

Fun Family Beach weekend in October My husband and I booked this property for a long weekend in October with our adult children, spouses, and 5 month old daughter. We were thrilled that it is dog friendly and we could bring our two Labrador retrievers. The house has a lovely, partially shaded pool, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach gear (plus a beach wagon to cart it all there). If you want to cook (we did) the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you might need to prepare your meals, and even has a second refrigerator on the deck over the pool, near the grill. The family room area has sufficient room and seating for the entire family (we were 6 adults plus an infant). House is close enough to the beach that walking there every day with the beach wagon was a breeze. And it’s located just off 30a within walking distance of great restaurants and, conveniently, across the street from Goatfeathers. Beds were comfortable, maintenance/information rep was available to help and answered text questions promptly. Super well maintained rental place that we would rent again in a heartbeat. We had a great time, courtesy of this terrific property!!

Labor Day Weekend Vacation Another Labor Day weekend vacation in the books at Seaclusion 30A!! YESSSSSS, you read it correctly!! This is our second time with this rental and everyone enjoyed it again!! It is very clean and has everything you need from kitchen necessities, beach equipment, a golf cart, pool toys, and most of all plenty of space. It is nice there were updates to furniture/appliances. The family loves the location being the beach is walking distance and restaurants/grocery store isn’t far. The beach water/weather was affected by the storms, however that didn’t stop the fun. The backyard/pool kept us entertained! Another plus, the maintenance guy Daniel is the BEST!! He communicated/responded whenever I needed assistance. I’m so thankful we found this gem!! Everyone left refreshed and wanting to come back in the future. Thank you for providing a wonderful beach home for large families away from home!!
