This home was designed with open air entertaining in mind! It is a wonderful place for a Family Reunion or Wedding celebration with enough private parking. You can also bring your boats, jet skis, bikes, trailers, doggies and more! A brand new beach with parking, wheelchair ramp and restrooms is now available just a few steps at the end of the street! This home has a golf cart available upon request to make getting around 30a much more fun! Gulf Place is an easy mile down 30a and offers fantastic fresh seafood, bbq, nightlife, arts and entertainment or stay home and experience a panoramic gulf view sunset. No detail has been spared in this home to ensure you enjoy the finest in coastal living. Located a few doors down from world famous Stinky's Seafood Restaurant and the large Dune Allen public beach access that is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Also located less than 5 minutes away from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin Resort with Baytowne Wharf or Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club where you'll find additional dining, art districts, and great shopping. If the beach isn't your thing then relax and revitalize your senses in the private courtyard plaza and pool area. This can be heated during cooler months and measures 30x15 encased in an a grand courtyard area with a 5 burner natural gas grill and outdoor kitchen, custom built Cabana and plenty of luxury seating for everyone! You can even smell and feel the fresh and warm gulf breezes from here! There is plenty of room for the whole family to gather thanks to the designer outdoor seating, expanded decks, tables and dining areas in the courtyard plaza. On the first floor of the home, you walk into one of 4 living rooms with flat screen tv and granite topped kitchenette. There is one of the 6 King Suites with Flat screen TV's and private bathroom. The 2nd Suite offers a custom built-in Queen over Queen Bunk bed arrangement with 2 Flat screen Tv's. A 3rd bedroom on this level offers a Queen size bed and another bunk with Twin over Queen. Outside in the hallway, there is a convenient full bathroom and full sized laundry area. On the second floor, you'll enjoy unparalleled panoramic gulf views from the wraparound deck and screened-in porch. In the middle of all this is an incredible gourmet chefs kitchen featuring granite counter tops, all high end stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator with ice maker, wine cooler, microwave, 2 dishwashers, gas oven and a luxury gas range. There is seating for 6 at the bar for a quick bite or seat 14 around the grand dining table overlooking the waters. If you're in the mood to lie back and watch a movie, enjoy plenty of comfortable seating in the living area surrounding your 60" HD Tv! Off of the living area there is a another King Suite and a full bathroom.  Walking up to the third floor you'll find another living area equipped with plenty of beach views and comfortable seating, another fully equipped granite kitchenette that opens up to another private balcony overlooking the Gulf! A few steps further and you enter another incredible King Suite with a private balcony overlooking the gulf, large HD TV and the perfect en-suite, complete with a standalone deep tub and a separate custom shower. There is also a second Gulf View King Suite with adjacent bathroom and private balcony. The third floor balconies are a perfect place for watching the sunset and enjoying the warm breezes coming in from the Gulf of Mexico. The Carriage house is located on the other side of the pool and courtyard. Upstairs you will find the 4th living area complete with large HD TV and another full sized, fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and another with a custom built triple stacked twin XL bunk bed. Spring Break This property is perfect for large groups. Really nice with a nice pool area for entertainment. The location was only a block away from the beach which was great since we didn't have to worry about parking. Our family enjoyed our time there.

Great Experience We rented the commanders Palace for a week long stay with 35 family and friends. The home had plenty of space to support the group our size. Many of the rooms are multi sleep so as long as you have people willing to share a room this place is great for large groups. Parking was a little issue so make sure you have no more than 10 cars. Location was awesome and beach is walking distance. Our contact Ray during our stay was awesome- we had an issue with the grill and gas stove, this was identified late evening but he still responded and was there the next day to correct. Ray service alone would motivate me to book this place again

Two houses with a pool two blocks from the beach The houses were laid out to offer lots of options for kids, families, teens. There were 29 of us and we were not crowded . Tasteful decorations. Easy walk to the beach and a fun local restaurant. Renting the golf cart was great for carrying beach stuff. Also, we were able to arrange for a bonfire on the beach one night. The only drawback is the kitchen range. It still works but not well. All in all I would highly recommend this listing for location and space and the really helpful local management!
