Welcome to Boardwalk, your island retreat in the charming Casa la Playa community of Port Aransas! This brand-new, classic beach home offers four spacious bedrooms and four full baths, comfortably accommodating up to twelve guests. Step outside and you’ll find a breezy hammock, a lagoon-style community pool perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun, and a private boardwalk that leads directly to the beach, just a short walk away.
Inside, the open floor plan is designed for connection and relaxation, featuring a bright living area with seating for eight, a Smart TV, and a large dining table for family meals or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, a 12-cup drip coffee maker, and a wine fridge, making it a breeze to prepare anything from quick snacks to gourmet dinners. With three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, everyone will find their own comfortable retreat. The two primary suites each feature a king bed, ensuite bath, and walk-in shower for a touch of luxury, while multiple walk-in showers and soaking tubs throughout the home ensure everyone has space to unwind.
Enjoy the fresh coastal air from multiple balconies furnished for outdoor lounging, or fire up the charcoal grill for a classic cookout. For your convenience, self check-in is available with smart locks, and the home includes a washer and dryer. Parking is available for one vehicle, with overflow parking near the Casa la Playa pool area. You’re just minutes from Port Aransas and close to attractions like Turtle Cove at Robert's Point Park, Palmilla Beach Golf Club, and Port Aransas Marina. A golf cart-friendly boardwalk takes you straight to the sand, making beach days effortless. Guests can use golf carts to get to town via the beach route (about 20 minutes). There’s a community charcoal grill area (bring your own supplies), and overflow parking is first come, first served near the pool. (The pool is not heated.) Casa La Playa offers a private coastal getaway, perfect for relaxing, fishing, or exploring everything Port Aransas has to offer.

This home uses door code entry for self-check-in; your door code is sent by email and text 48 hours prior to arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Please note: The property is accessible by golf cart, but golf cart travel is only permitted on the beach. Due to Port Aransas regulations, golf carts cannot access the bay side of Highway 361. Traveling between the property and town by golf cart along the beach typically takes about 20 minutes.
Getting Around
Getting around Port Aransas is truly part of the vacation experience, and the island’s laid-back vibe makes exploring both fun and easy. Embrace the local lifestyle by hopping in a golf cart, the preferred mode of transportation for both residents and visitors. Golf carts are perfect for cruising between the beach, shops, and restaurants, letting you soak up the sun and salty breeze as you go. If you’re looking for a bit more adventure and want to stay active, renting a bicycle is a great option. Pedal through the colorful streets at your own pace, discovering hidden gems and scenic spots that you might otherwise miss.
For those who enjoy taking it slow, Port Aransas is also a wonderful place to explore on foot. Stroll along the sandy shoreline, pop into unique boutiques, and savor local cuisine at your leisure. And don’t forget the iconic ferry ride, not just a convenient way to get around, but a memorable experience in itself. The ferry offers breathtaking views of the bay and, if you’re lucky, a chance to spot dolphins playing in the waves. However you choose to get around, Port Aransas makes every journey feel relaxed, scenic, and unmistakably island-inspired.
City of Port Aransas, Beach Parking Permit Information:
To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.

Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
• All guests staying at one of our Starkey Properties by Portoro are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
• Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
• All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
• Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. All guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Starkey Properties by Portoro.
• Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
• Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
• Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
• Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
• Stays over 29 days, please inquire separately for terms and conditions.
• Hotel tax collection: Both the City of Port Aransas and the State of Texas requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%.
• Long-term stays: (Snowbird, long-term rental, winter Texas, winter Texan). Contact Starkey Properties by Portoro to discuss if a long-term stay discount applies to this listing. Stays over 29 days are waived from paying the State and Local Hotel Tax. However, there are additional fees we need to collect for damage coverage and housekeeping. In compliance with our policies for long-term stays, we need to collect an additional cleaning fee for guests staying longer than 3 weeks. Your Guest Ambassador will coordinate the cleaning schedule for a minimum of once every 2 weeks. You can request cleanings more frequently if desired. Additional cleaning charges will be sent using a payment request or resolution request, immediately following the cleaning. Your guest ambassador will reply shortly and be available to assist you where needed.
• This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
• This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
• For the safety of guests and the home, there are noise monitoring devices. These devices only measure the decibel level and do not record any audio.
