We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Starkey Properties by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure. City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information: To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58. Please note: The property is accessible by golf cart, but golf cart travel is only permitted on the beach. Due to Port Aransas regulations, golf carts cannot access the bay side of Highway 361. Traveling between the property and town by golf cart along the beach typically takes about 20 minutes.

And don’t forget the iconic ferry ride—not just a convenient way to get around, but a memorable experience in itself. The ferry offers breathtaking views of the bay and, if you’re lucky, a chance to spot dolphins playing in the waves. However you choose to get around, Port Aransas makes every journey feel relaxed, scenic, and unmistakably island-inspired. Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at one of our Starkey Properties by Portoro are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Starkey Properties by Portoro. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. - Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions. - HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both the City of Port Aransas and the State of Texas requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%. - LONG-TERM STAYS: (Snowbird, long-term rental, winter Texas, winter Texan). Contact Starkey by Portoro to discuss if a long-term stay discount applies to this listing. Stays over 29 days are waived from paying the State and Local Hotel Tax. However, there are additional fees we need to collect for damage coverage and housekeeping. In compliance with our policies for long-term stays, we need to collect an additional cleaning fee for guests staying longer than 3 weeks. Your Guest Ambassador will coordinate the cleaning schedule for a minimum of once every 2 weeks. You can request cleanings more frequently if desired. Additional cleaning charges will be sent using a payment request or resolution request, immediately following the cleaning. Your guest ambassador will reply shortly and be available to assist you where needed. - This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - This is a No Smoking property. The house was so spacious and beautiful! The location was great with the path to the beach right next to the house. The team was quick to respond and come out to fix issues we had found. Would recommend this place to anyone. The space, location, and vibes are worth the price!

Beautiful inside! Plenty of space! Prepare to bring own beach towels and coffee, creamer, sugar. The bedrooms are on bottom making it easy for guests to change to beach wear. However, unloading groceries to go upstairs (3 sets) to kitchen took some doing. We loved all the games and teens enjoyed poker and taboo! Very nice bar area as well!

We loved the location of this property! So close to the beach and Cinnamon Shores property to access food. We hosted 10 people at this home and there was just enough room. We had a wonderful time. I do wish there would have been beach accessories, like towels, beach chairs and a golf cart. We did end up renting a golf cart from Sage Beach Carts-which wasn’t too far and they were wonderful to work with!

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The location was conveniently located close to the beach. The house was nicely decorated, very clean with plenty of space for the kids. Golf cart was included. Wish the elevator was available for use , but not a big deal. Would recommend for anyone else searching for a rental in Port Aransas.

I booked this place on “sale” so it was definitely worth the price. I don’t know that I’ll be able to afford it in the future but it’s a wonderful location, just one beach marker away from cinnamon shore by golf cart. Traveled with 3 adults and 2 toddlers and everything was great. Gorgeous views. Plenty of space for everyone. Thank you!

Great trip The other review about the bed bugs honestly got in my head a bit so I’ll help anyone out staying after that review. There was zero evidence or concern. The property was clean and very nice to stay at. The fans next to the bed was a nice touch that my husband really enjoyed. This was a great location. And easy walk to the restaurants at cinnamon shores. Great proximity to the beach. The gulf cart was an awesome add on. My only complaint and it’s picky is please leave more garbage bags for the kitchen, toilet paper and we were missing hand soap in one bathroom. I feel like at that price point those should be stocked better. But that feels picky, it’s a great property and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!!!

Enjoyed property and great view This is a lovely new home with all of the amenities. There is also a great view of the ocean and close by to the pool. Beds were also super comfortable. One note- you have to allocate some extra time in your trip to pick up the golf cart (and later return). It is not based at the house as you have to get it in town and drive 30 mins back on the beach.

Squad Getaway The property was fantastic! Just over the bridge to the beach with a golf cart included! Great family gathering space for meals and hanging out. Bonus was not having to clean the place on checkout day like other rental properties! Towel rods or hooks would've been nice, though. Would definitely book again!

Gorgeous house, great location Our family had a great little getaway to Port A at this home. The house was beautiful and roomy, with great views of the beach from the decks. Everything we needed was included. The house was clean and comfortable, enough room for everyone to spread out but also great common areas for us to come together for meals and family time. Loved being right on the cart path--it was a quick golf cart ride or about a 5 minute stroll down the boardwalk to the beach. We would love to come back to this beautiful property!
