Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at one of our Blue Pacific by Portoro are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Occupancy: The allowed number of guests or Occupancy is specifically limited to the maximum number of people designated for that particular property. Blue Pacific by Portoro does not allow “group rentals” in any Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro properties. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Parking: There is a two (2) vehicle limit in the complex and parking is first come first serve. Boats, campers, RV’s, etc. cannot be parked onsite. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. - Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - Hot Tubs: If your property offers a private hot tub, access is available for guest use year-round. The hot tub is professionally maintained and checked weekly and/or between each guest stay. Any guest issues or concerns must be reported during the stay immediately with reasonable response time allowed for resolution. If Guest prevents staff access and/or declines assistance, or reports issue after departure, Guest agrees no compensation applies nor may any further action be taken by the Guest (or 3rd party channels). Guest agrees to fee if misuse of the hot tub. - Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions. - HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both Lincoln County and the State of Oregon requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 1.5% and the county requires 12%. - This is a No Pets property and animals of any kind are strictly prohibited by the HOA. Guest acknowledges Blue Pacific by Portoro is not responsible for any issues or disputes with this posted policy regardless of any paperwork provided/filed or any other policies provided by the Guest. Absolutely no animals of any kind are allowed in the home, kept in vehicles, on back patio decks, in any common areas, or on the premises at any time. Any guests found with an animal on the premises, will be required to vacate without refund and will be subject to fines. - This is a No Smoking/Vaping property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. Weather/Travel: Guest booking in seasons when weather conditions may affect their decision to travel understand they are choosing to do so in full knowledge of the season and agree that last minute requests to cancel or attempts to change stay/reservation dates in these seasons are not honored and no refund or reimbursement applies. Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro encourages guests to consider available 3rd party travel insurance options for their stays if this is a concern.
