Walking distance to the clubhouse, pools, tennis and ski hill, the location cannot be beat. Furnished throughout with favorites from Thomas Moser, Pompanoosuc Mills, Hubbardton Forge, Simon Pearce, Room & Board, Pottery Barn and more. This end unit sits on the 13th fairway and boasts indoor/outdoor living with an expansive patio and all-day sun. Pick your nook and relax in front of the wood burning fireplace, in the two story, sundrenched living room, or in the third floor loft/game room. An open-concept kitchen with granite countertops and custom cabinets has all the accessories you need to make everything from a cup of freshly ground coffee to a full holiday meal. Sleeping arrangements are many and flexible, with unique options that adjust to the needs of your family. Guests in the primary bedroom will enjoy a full walk-in shower spa with dual heads, along with a gas fireplace in the sleeping quarters. The second floor bath adds a private sauna to your stay. The third floor bedroom also has a private en-suite bath, along with two walls of windows that afford panoramic views of the golf course. All bedrooms and living spaces are above ground, there is no basement living space in this Coach Road home. This is a family-friendly home with a generous toy closet and amenities for all ages. In the summer months, members and renters can enjoy several outdoor activities. The Club offers two championship 18-hole golf courses, Lakeland & Highland, with stunning scenery and conditions. Tennis courts are spread throughout the community with professional tennis lessons and enjoyable competition. Renters can also enjoy the state-of-the-art aquatic center featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kid's zone. Likewise, you can venture over to the beach at Lake Pinneo and rent a kayak or canoe. Then head to The Club to enjoy a cocktail by the pool, a meal on Dewey's Deck, or fine dining at Davidson's. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. • Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. We had a great stay at this condo. The place is very spacious, and the three king sized beds was perfect for our group. The location right on the golf course, and with easy access to Quechee and Woodstock, made getting around fast and easy. Communication from the host was proactive, helpful, and detailed. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay! They left us a sweet welcome gift and the place had everything we could ever need for a family of 4 with a 5 and 6 year old. It was spacious, warm and more importantly clean! The backyard made for a great spot to play in the snow, sled ride and build a snowman. They are 10 minutes from Woodstock downtown which is great too! 10/10 recommend!

What a fantastic find! The house was gorgeous, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches, from coffee and baking supplies, to shopping bags and lots of extra blankets and towels. The location was also great, right between downtown Quechee and Woodstock- so close to lots of great sites (Sugarbush Farm, Quechee Gorge, Simon Pierce). We will definitely be back!Check in could have been smoother (we were sent the wrong access code and not texted updated instructions or wifi info as stated) but the property management was quick to respond.

The home was perfect for girls' weekend. Plenty of space to hang out and cook. The beds were quite possibly the most comfortable ever. Lots of small thoughtful touches throughout (the bedtime chocolates in the fridge were really sweet!). We would most certainly stay here again.

Our stay was very nice. The beds were comfy. The house was clean. The bathrooms were nice. We didn’t use any of the QL amenities as we were sightseeing, but I think they are available to you. It was a quick drive to town or Woodstock. Easily sleeps 6 with the 3 bedrooms. Only 3 small downsides of our stay. First the password that was given to us didn’t work. Neither did the second, but the 3rd was a charm. They were responsive and helped us get in. Second when we first moved in the first floor smelled like there was a recent smoked salmon party. The smell eventually dissipated. Third it was a little hot to sleep on the upper floors as it was about 85 outside. The first floor was ice cold and very comfortable. There are ac units in the upper bedrooms and if they are blowing on you are fine.

The place is gorgeous and it had everything we needed. The 2nd floor shower had no pressure so we were forced to use the 3rd floor shower which was fine. The directions for the unit were impossible for us as we arrived in the dark. We were forced to call the emergency number and someone walked us through step by step. We were thankful they answered the call.

This place exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we felt totally comfortable and anything we needed to get started was there and ready for us. The extra touch of kids books and games was such a huge help and added to the ease of our visit. Location is excellent as well.

This place was even bigger than expected! We had two families with young infants and grandparents and there was enough room for everyone. They also supplied a pack n’ play, high chair, and lots of books and toys. Very family friendly! We didn’t use any of the Quechee Club amenities but the outdoor pool looked amazing. Very easy to stay here and then spend the day in downtown Woodstock VT or by the Quechee gorge, both of which are worth the trip! Very responsive hosts and a packed kitchen (including a kitchenaid mixer if you wanna get baking!)
