Set right on the bayfront in Lincoln City’s Taft District, this inviting condo places you in one of the Oregon Coast’s most charming and walkable neighborhoods. From the private deck, you can watch the tide shift across the sandy shoreline and even catch a glimpse of where the Pacific meets the bay just off to the right. With the beach only steps from the complex, it’s easy to spend your days walking the shore, exploring the water’s edge, or simply taking in the view. Inside, the home feels bright, beachy, and comfortable, with pelican decor throughout that adds charm and a playful coastal feel. The open living area includes a sleeper sofa, cable TV, a DVD player, and a wood-burning fireplace that makes evenings feel especially cozy. The dining table seats four for easy meals, games, or takeout nights, while the kitchen offers full-size appliances, warm wood cabinetry, and generous counter space for everything from coffee to beach snacks. Step onto your private bayfront deck and take in the water and sandy shoreline as the tide rolls in and out. Look slightly to the right and you can spot where the Pacific meets the bay—an unforgettable view that makes it easy to slow down and stay awhile. When you’re ready to get your toes in the sand, beach and bay access are right outside, and the shoreline invites long walks in either direction. The condo sleeps up to four guests across two comfortable queen bedrooms. Two full bathrooms provide flexibility, with one walk-in shower and one tub and shower combination, and the in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays even easier. From beach walks and bay views to Taft’s shops, galleries, glass art, and great local eats, Taft Bayfront makes it easy to park the car and enjoy Lincoln City at your own pace. Please note: The fireplace in the primary bedroom is for decorative purposes only and non-operational, nor available for guest use.

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Dock of the Bay Condos are tucked into Lincoln City’s historic Taft District, one of the most walkable and character-filled areas on the coast. For drives around town, Highway 101 is just minutes away and connects you to the rest of Lincoln City’s beaches, shops, grocery stores, and local attractions. If you're arriving from the Portland area, the drive to the coast is straightforward and scenic, typically taking you west via Highway 18 before connecting to Highway 101 south into Lincoln City. On-site parking makes arrivals and day trips simple, whether you're heading out for hiking, sightseeing, or a meal along the coast. Non-compliance may result in sizable fines. • Age Requirement | The reservation holder must be 25+. • Arrival Support + House Manual + 24/7 Support | Upon arrival, Portoro aims to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and understanding of guest features. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs, and a fee typically applies. When approved, fees apply for times outside a one-hour window of standard check-in/check-out. If you need significant flexibility, the best option is to book an additional night. • Parking Restrictions | Boats, campers, RVs, trailers, and similar vehicles are not allowed in condo complexes. In addition, certain areas of the Oregon Coast have city restrictions on parking for these vehicle types. If you need parking for boats, campers, RVs, trailers, or similar vehicles, please contact Guest Experience for nearby storage locations or any property-specific options. • Local Taxes (Including Extended Stays) | Both the local jurisdiction (City of Lincoln City / City of Depoe Bay / City of Newport / Lincoln County) and the State of Oregon require hotel/vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 1.5% and the city/county requires 12%. For stays over 29 days, please inquire separately for terms and conditions. • Animals/Pets — No Pets: This is a no pets property. A $150/day fee will apply for violations, and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund (at the discretion of Portoro Homes). There is no guard around water features—use at your own risk. • BBQs/Grills — No Personal Units | Personal BBQs/grills (including charcoal, propane, electric, or portable units) are not permitted on the property. For homes that include/offer BBQs, please bring all food items inside and scrape grills clean after use to avoid attracting wildlife. The home is regularly treated for pests, but because we’re in a coastal environment, it’s not unusual for an occasional insect to make an appearance.
