Welcome to “Dolphin Dunes”. This roomy 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been recently remodeled! All of the bedrooms and the living areas are located on the 2nd floor, which means that you will have incredible views of the beach and ocean from just about anywhere in the house. The open floor plan is perfect for enjoying the company of friends and family. Dolphin Dunes will comfortably sleep 8 adults. There are two bedrooms on the ocean side of the house. Each has a queen bed, and magnificent views of the ocean. These beachside rooms have sliding glass doors that lead out to the oceanfront balcony. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for teens or single adults. Each bedrooms feature high quality linens, towels, and comfortable beds. There 3 bathrooms total. Two upstairs and one one the beach level. One has a shower/bath tub combination, and the other two have walk-in showers. The bedrooms are in each corner of the house. The north bedrooms share the north bathroom, and the south bedrooms share the south bathroom. The third bathroom can be entered from the main level and or the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is nice and spacious. It opens up to the living room and the dining area. The breakfast bar in the kitchen seats 6, plus there is seating for 8 at the dining table. The living room is bright and airy and features plenty of seating, a desk for working, and a wet bar. The living room has a 65″ Roku Smart TV with plenty of local and specialty channels. The fireplace is decorative only (non-functioning). There are also Roku TVs in the two roadside bedrooms. There is high speed X-finity WIFI throughout the house.
Spanning the width of the house is a covered, oceanfront balcony. It can be accessed from the living room and both of the ocean-side bedrooms. The balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy the beach, while keeping cool in the shade. We have several lounge chairs and more dining seating on the balcony. The balcony leads down to your private beach access, and has an out door shower for rinsing off the sand. When you come in from the beach, there is also a full bathroom with a shower on the ground level, as well as the laundry room. The two-car garage offers plenty of enclosed parking. Here you will find beach chairs for you to take to the sand. We also provide beach towels, gas grill with propane, books, games, and more.

Please note, that all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid form of ID. The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
