This bright three-story home, built in 2018 and recently refreshed, is thoughtfully laid out for easy beach trips and comfortable group stays. Set on a residential street in Inlet Beach along Florida’s 30A, the vibe is relaxed and coastal. Days tend to center around the beach, pool time, and easy bike rides, with evenings best for grilling on the deck or unwinding on the balcony. You’ll have two living areas and multiple outdoor spaces so everyone can spread out, plus a full kitchen, Smart TVs, laundry, and the convenience of a 6-seat golf cart and 4 bikes for exploring 30A. The first floor offers a cozy living space with the bunk bedroom, a full bath, laundry, and patio access—an ideal setup for kids’ hangouts or a separate retreat. The second floor is the main gathering level with an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area plus balcony access, along with an additional guest bedroom and full bath. The third floor hosts the primary suite and another ensuite bedroom, giving couples and families extra privacy and space to reset between beach days. Outdoor living is a highlight here, with an upper balcony (with loungers), a deck with a Weber grill, and a fenced backyard patio with low-maintenance turf—perfect for relaxed evenings after the beach. For beach days, you’re close to multiple public access points; the access beside Camp Helen State Park is a favorite for a wide, less-crowded stretch of sand. The Highway 98 pedestrian underpass also provides a safe, convenient way to reach both the beach and 30A. Seaview Trace Community, Shared Amenities: A favorite perk of staying in Seaview Trace is the shared community pool—an easy option for a mid-day cool-off, a post-beach reset, or a laid-back afternoon close to home. It’s a great alternative when you want pool time without packing up for the beach, and the smaller community setting keeps the vibe relaxed and low-key.

Getting Around
Inlet Beach is a great starting point for exploring Walton County’s eastern 30A corridor, with easy access to nearby beach towns and plenty of options for biking and driving. Many guests love using the Timpoochee Trail (30A’s bike path) for scenic rides into Rosemary Beach and beyond, while a vehicle is helpful for grocery runs, beach hopping, and day trips across South Walton. Traveling to/around the area - Explore by foot, by bike, or by car: • A car is recommended for exploring beyond the immediate 30A corridor, as rideshares and taxis can be limited and wait times can vary. • Biking is one of the best ways to experience 30A—use the Timpoochee Trail to reach nearby beaches, dining, and shopping areas safely and enjoyably. • Walking works well for short trips and beach access days, but plan to drive for larger grocery runs and farther excursions. • Bike rentals are widely available along 30A if you want extra bikes for your group—helmets are recommended, and the paths can get busy during peak season. Airports: • Northwest Florida Beaches International (ECP) [FL] • Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) [FL] • Pensacola International Airport (PNS) [FL] Popular Landmarks: • Inlet Beach • Rosemary Beach • Alys Beach • The Big Chill (The Hub 30A) • Seaside, FL • Grayton Beach State Park
