This two-bedroom, two-bath retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it perfect for families or couples seeking a memorable coastal escape. Each bedroom is a private suite—one featuring a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and the other offering a queen bed with its own bathroom access. Both suites include their own TV, in addition to the Smart TV in the living area, so everyone can unwind with their favorite shows. The open-concept living space features a plush, comfortable sofa, tasteful beach décor, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Step out onto the private patio directly from either the living area or the primary bedroom, where you’ll find classic Adirondack chairs—the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or evening drink while soaking in tranquil Gulf and pool views. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer and parking for two vehicles. Outside, you’ll also enjoy relaxing balcony furniture, a charcoal grill station, and direct beach access via a private boardwalk—ideal for morning strolls or sunset walks. The property is golf cart accessible (with rental options available), and is close to Port Aransas’ best birdwatching, golf, and coastal attractions. Guest Access

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Starkey Properties by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure. City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information: To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58. Please note: This residence is not located in an area where golf carts can be used to access the bay side of Highway 361. Local laws strictly prohibit crossing Highway 361 by golf cart, and violators may be subject to fines. Note: Construction nearby. Limited to business hours with minimal noise.

Pedal through the colorful streets at your own pace, discovering hidden gems and scenic spots that you might otherwise miss. For those who enjoy taking it slow, Port Aransas is also a wonderful place to explore on foot. Stroll along the sandy shoreline, pop into unique boutiques, and savor local cuisine at your leisure. And don’t forget the iconic ferry ride—not just a convenient way to get around, but a memorable experience in itself. The ferry offers breathtaking views of the bay and, if you’re lucky, a chance to spot dolphins playing in the waves. However you choose to get around, Port Aransas makes every journey feel relaxed, scenic, and unmistakably island-inspired. Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at one of our Starkey Properties by Portoro are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Starkey Properties by Portoro. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. - Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions. - HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both the City of Port Aransas and the State of Texas requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%. - LONG-TERM STAYS: (Snowbird, long-term rental, winter Texas, winter Texan). Contact Starkey by Portoro to discuss if a long-term stay discount applies to this listing. Stays over 29 days are waived from paying the State and Local Hotel Tax. However, there are additional fees we need to collect for damage coverage and housekeeping. In compliance with our policies for long-term stays, we need to collect an additional cleaning fee for guests staying longer than 3 weeks. Your Guest Ambassador will coordinate the cleaning schedule for a minimum of once every 2 weeks. You can request cleanings more frequently if desired. Additional cleaning charges will be sent using a payment request or resolution request, immediately following the cleaning. Your guest ambassador will reply shortly and be available to assist you where needed. - This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.

Haven on Earth This little condo is a haven! The thoughtful beach decor and clean linens with mostly what we needed in the kitchen made this a cozy week near the beach. The highlight of this place is the easy and close access to being on the beach for sunrises and sunsets. The pool with cabana tables a plus although it was a bit chilly out for us to swim, although other guest’s children enjoyed it. Also, the management helped us navigate a couple things quickly. My only suggestion is to have the outdoor patio cleaned. We plan to return and hope to stay here again.

The kitchen was well stocked for both inside or outside dining. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Plenty of closet space plus wonderful large storage in laundry area. The patio was nice but perhaps could have used n updated table and chairs but it did work. Interior furniture nice but could use a more comfortable chair. Again it all worked and was very nice. The best part was the ease and access to the beach. Also, the upkeep of the common areas was very nice. Overall a great place to rent.

Great location and condo Perfectly stated listing and even greater location with community pool right at patio door and beach a short walk down the well taken care of board walk. Our only complaint were the horribly huge mosquitoes as soon as you walked out the front door.

Family vacation My family comes to Port A every year and we have been staying at the Grand Carribean since it was built! Always have a great time and love the property! Close to the beach with the boardwalk and the pool is a good size for all ages! Our room was on the first floor, it was very clean with comfy beds!
