My wife, two young children, and I had a wonderful stay! The cabin was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We really enjoyed walking to downtown Woodstock and exploring the area (shopping, restaurants, playgrounds, etc.). The host was proactive with communications and gave helpful instructions/recommendations!

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. Private and beautiful inside and outside. Walking to town was easy since it’s downhill, but walking back uphill takes a bit more effort. Otherwise, it’s just a short drive to just about anywhere you’d want to go.

The cottage has been beautifully renovated yet retains some original character. It is very well appointed with a fantastic cooking kitchen and dining table. It feels very secluded and the natural setting is seen throughout the many windows. Comfy living room and large bedroom provided the perfect amount of space for a couple. The A/C and Heating units worked for well too for the cool nights during our stay. Also enjoyed the front porch and we were fascinated to watch the solar panel in action following the sun. Very cool to see.The location is just off a street in town with some challenging grades and turns getting to it. Directions were very helpful.
