Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure. All guests staying at a Portoro home/property are required to sign a rental agreement and complete identity registration. Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro does not allow “group rentals” in any Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro properties, where more than 1 property is being rented; regardless if the property is managed by Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro, if the group total size exceeds the maximum occupancy of the largest Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro property rented. Pets/Animals: Beachside Retreats is a no animal complex and the complex HOA strictly prohibits any animals on the premises. No animals are allowed on premises. Guest acknowledges Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro is not responsible for any issues or disputes with this posted policy regardless of any paperwork provided/filed or any other policies provided by the Guest. Absolutely no animals of any kind are allowed in the home, kept in vehicles, on back patio decks, in any common areas, or on the premises at any time. Any guests found with an animal on the premises, will be required to vacate without refund and will be subject to fines. Smoking/Vaping: Beachside Retreats is a Non-Smoking/Vaping complex. Smoking/vaping of any kind on the premises, is strictly prohibited. Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in the unit, on back patio decks, and/or in any common areas at any time. Anyone caught smoking/vaping on the premises, will be subject to fines. Housekeeping: The home will be professionally cleaned prior to arrival and after guest departure. Guests shall leave premises in clean, undamaged condition, similar to the way they found it. The cleaning fee covers laundry, sanitization, and cleaning associated with “normal” use – Departure Procedures: Guest agrees to limited departure procedures for removal of all trash and/or recycles to onsite dumpster, starting the dishwasher, and if the property has an in-unit washing machine to start a load of towels. Guest agrees to fee if list is incomplete on departure. -- Please read the details in your check-in information prior to arrival regarding "Starter Items" as a standard starter item set is provided for all stays. Equipment Failure: Although we cannot guarantee the operation of all appliances, utilities and equipment (e.g. Wi-Fi, pool equipment, hot tubs, kitchen appliances, televisions, etc.) our staff makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the equipment, utilities and appliances are in working order. Agents, authorized employees or repairmen may enter the premises for purposes connected with repair, care, or maintenance of the rental property. Hot Tub (Private use): The private hot tub at the property is open and available for guest use year-round. The hot tub is professionally maintained and checked weekly and/or between each guest stay. Any guest issues or concerns must be reported during the stay immediately with reasonable response time allowed for resolution. We will do our utmost to have any issue addressed in a timely manner. If Guest prevents staff access and/or declines assistance, or reports issue after departure, Guest agrees no compensation applies nor may any further action be taken by the Guest (or 3rd party chanel site, iei, Airbnb, VRBO, etc.). Please observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the property and in check-in details regarding safe use of the hot tub. Guest agrees to fee if misuse of the hot tub. Parking: There is a two (2) vehicle limit in the complex and parking is first come first serve. Boats, campers, RV’s, etc. cannot be parked onsite. Insurance: It is strongly recommended that Guests purchase travel insurance because unforeseen and unexpected events can occur before you leave or when you are away from home. Great spot! Amazing to listen to the waves throughout the stay. When there are people staying next door and if there are kids staying there, you can hear them running around in the air bnb right next to you. The access to the beach was not that private and a little slippery to get down due to the sand. Made it difficult for my parents to access. Mattresses were a little soft, besides that it was a wonderful stay!

Everything was great. The place is really clean. I mean beautiful really well stocked up on kitchen supplies and like plates and utensils beautiful view nice hot tub works well actually warm. Ive been in a few places where the hot tub wasn’t warm. right on the beach just walk down the ramp to get to the sand, so it’s great if you have kids and you wanna give them the freedom to just go on the beach without you having like pack up the car and get everything ready, so it was nice relaxing trip for me thing that I didn’t like was the sign that suggested to start a load of laundry and didn’t even go into the laundry room. We were there for two nights and I didn’t really feel like paying to do a load of laundry, not sure if it was like a quarter or $.50 a dollar and didn’t look.
