Canal Cottage at D’River is a bright, easygoing riverfront retreat in Lincoln City where you can truly feel away from it all—without giving up the convenience of being close to town and the beach. Set on a quiet canal off Devils Lake with no neighbors on three sides, this home is made for slow mornings, fresh coastal air, and peaceful water views that instantly put you in vacation mode. Inside, the space is comfortable and welcoming, with modern appliances, cozy furnishings, and a living area that’s perfect for movie nights on the flatscreen TV after a day outside. The kitchen and dining area are sunny and functional, with plenty of counter space for prepping meals and snacks, and an easy layout that keeps everyone together while you cook, chat, and plan the day. Big windows bring in natural light and frame the scenery outside, so even a simple breakfast feels like part of the getaway. With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, the home sleeps up to eight guests comfortably, making it a great fit for families or a small group of friends. The primary bedroom is calm and coastal, with an en suite bath for extra privacy, while the additional bedrooms include fun bunk-room options that kids (and kids-at-heart) will love. A washer and dryer are also available, so you can pack light and keep things easy. Please note this is a no-pets home. Outside is where Canal Cottage really shines. Step onto the dock to take in the view, watch the water drift by, or launch a kayak or paddleboard right from the backyard and explore Devils Lake at your own pace. When you’re craving ocean air, it’s just a short three-block walk to the D River beach access—one of Lincoln City’s most loved spots for long sandy strolls, sunsets, and kite flying. You’ll also be close to grocery stores, the public library, and a great mix of casual and fine dining, with the Lincoln City Outlets about a mile south. If you’re visiting in season, the nearby D River State Recreation Site hosts the Lincoln City Summer Kite Festival. Please Note: This home is located in an area that may flood from Devils Lake after multiple consecutive days of heavy rainfall, and a high-profile vehicle may be needed during those conditions.
