We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Starkey Properties by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure. City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information: To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58. Please note: This residence is not located in an area where golf carts can be used to access the bay side of Highway 361. Local laws strictly prohibit crossing Highway 361 by golf cart, and violators may be subject to fines.

Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at one of our Starkey Properties by Portoro are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Starkey Properties by Portoro. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. - Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions. - HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both the City of Port Aransas and the State of Texas requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%. - LONG-TERM STAYS: (Snowbird, long-term rental, winter Texas, winter Texan). Contact Starkey by Portoro to discuss if a long-term stay discount applies to this listing. Stays over 29 days are waived from paying the State and Local Hotel Tax. However, there are additional fees we need to collect for damage coverage and housekeeping. In compliance with our policies for long-term stays, we need to collect an additional cleaning fee for guests staying longer than 3 weeks. Your Guest Ambassador will coordinate the cleaning schedule for a minimum of once every 2 weeks. You can request cleanings more frequently if desired. Additional cleaning charges will be sent using a payment request or resolution request, immediately following the cleaning. Your guest ambassador will reply shortly and be available to assist you where needed. - This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - For the safety of guests and the home, there are noise monitoring devices. We had a wonderful stay with the family! The place was very clean, and we loved that the house was right across from the pool. It was also well stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The entire family had a blast! We had a hard time locating the entrance with a keypad which is located on the back of the house, I called for guidance and they were so responsive and helpful. Other than that, we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Great place for a big group. I loved how the house separates, I had boys on one side girls on the other. Only down fall I wish I would have read and known before hand golf carts were not allowed on that side of the street. Other than that, we had a great stay. Community was clean and quiet.

Fun place to stay, clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided in kitchen and bathrooms. Towels and bed linens were clean and stain free. Pools were very clean, had plenty of shade and seating. Gated play area for small kids was awesome as it was right outside of the unit alongside pool. Neighbors were friendly, felt safe parking vehicles with plenty of lighting and assigned parking. We didn’t have any issues or problems which left plenty of time to enjoy our weekend. If you are interested, you won’t be disappointed. My family and I had a great time!

Great short stay with plenty of room! The pool is directly out the front door and the beach is 5 minutes away! Loved the location and the layout of the house. You get 2 assigned spots, but there is guest parking available should you need an additional one. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and would absolutely recommend this home to others!

Our stay overall was great! It was a great townhome with having 4 toddlers plus a baby. The bedroom with the bunk beds was so spacious for the kids to play and lots of spots to sleep. We didn’t know there were extra beds under the beds in that room. Each bed had towels for so you will have plenty if you tend to forget your own. Living room & Kitchen were great they have the appliances you need. Check in was easy, same as checking out. The pool? LOVE! Me and my family enjoyed our stayed next time might stay longer we weren’t ready to go. Washer & Dryer a plus we washed our clothes before leaving, it work just fine. The 3 bathroom were very helpful with having a house with 13 of us! Came with shampoo/ conditioner and body wash Incase you forget. Plus hand wash. That’s very much explained about our stay! (((: til next time Port A! — I also noticed the pictures are not updated it still looks the same but wanting to put that out there. But still it was great!

We had a great time during our stay. Plenty of room for all 9 of us with the loft area, a great place for us to hang out. 3 ½ baths was a plus and the pool & grill area was just a few steps away. Easy access to the main road with beach access not too far. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Great Location The condo had plenty of room for a large party for sure and Great Location right across the highway from the beach!Check-in was not ideal had to wait 20 minutes to tell me to head to the location. The A/C unit was not cooling someone finally came and kind of fixed it but it took til 11:30 that night and was still a little stuffy the whole time but did bring fans but still was not ideal. I'm sure they tried their best and management even brought charcoal and lighter fluid which was really nice.

There was so much room for everyone and the rental had everything we needed. The spaces were big and open and everything was clean. There is a great loft area with room for 4 people to sleep and hang out with a balcony area. Beds were comfortable. Right in town where we wanted to be.
