This beautiful pet friendly home with private heated pool (80 degrees) , jetted hot tub (100 degrees) and fully fenced-in yard is located in a quiet, charming neighborhood in the Seagrove beach community. Sea Change at Eastern Lake sits 1 block from a boat ramp and within ½ mile of two public beach accesses. This well-equipped home is also located less than a mile from the new Greenway 30A station offering multiple retail and dining options! Walk to the Old Florida Fish House (a staple on 30A for years), Beach Bean Coffee, Buddy's Seafood Market and Coast Creamery. Beach access is a breeze with the bikes. Seagrove is a quaint town with old Florida charm. This home offers everything you need for a memorable vacation including beach chairs, toys, beach towels, umbrellas, kayak, BOTE paddle board, and 4 bikes for your convenience. TRANSPORTATION - 4 bikes are included. Should you decide to rent more a discount code to a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information - 1 electric golf cart available for use. Portoro Homes uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Getting Around

Santa Rosa Beach is easy to explore by car, and it’s also one of the best areas on 30A for biking—many guests love using the Timpoochee Trail to reach nearby beach towns, restaurants, and shops. A vehicle is still recommended for grocery runs, beach hopping, and day trips to Destin, Sandestin, or Panama City Beach. Traveling to/around the area - Explore by foot, by bike, or by car: • A car is recommended for most errands and exploring beyond the immediate 30A corridor, as rideshares and taxis can be limited and wait times can vary. • Biking is one of the best ways to experience 30A—use the Timpoochee Trail for scenic rides and easy access to nearby communities. • Walking works well for short trips and beach access days, but plan to drive for larger grocery runs and farther excursions. • Bike rentals are widely available along 30A if you want extra bikes for your group—helmets are recommended, and the paths can get busy during peak season.
