Welcome to Sea Change at Eastern Lake! This beautiful pet friendly home with private heated pool (80 degrees), jetted hot tub (100 degrees) and fully fenced-in yard is located in a quiet, charming neighborhood in the Seagrove beach community. Sea Change at Eastern Lake sits 1 block from a boat ramp and within ½ mile of two public beach accesses. This well-equipped home is also located less than a mile from the new Greenway 30A station offering multiple retail and dining options! Walk to the Old Florida Fish House (a staple on 30A for years), Beach Bean Coffee, Buddy's Seafood Market and Coast Creamery. Beach access is a breeze with the bikes. Seagrove is a quaint town with old Florida charm. This home offers everything you need for a memorable vacation including beach chairs, toys, beach towels, umbrellas, kayak, BOTE paddle board, and 4 bikes for your convenience. Transportation • 4 bikes are included. Should you decide to rent more a discount code to a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information • 1 electric golf cart available for use. Getting Around

Santa Rosa Beach is easy to explore by car, and it’s also one of the best areas on 30A for biking, many guests love using the Timpoochee Trail to reach nearby beach towns, restaurants, and shops. A vehicle is still recommended for grocery runs, beach hopping, and day trips to Destin, Sandestin, or Panama City Beach. Traveling to/around the area, explore by foot, by bike, or by car: • A car is recommended for most errands and exploring beyond the immediate 30A corridor, as rideshares and taxis can be limited and wait times can vary. • Biking is one of the best ways to experience 30A, use the Timpoochee Trail for scenic rides and easy access to nearby communities. • Walking works well for short trips and beach access days, but plan to drive for larger grocery runs and farther excursions. • Bike rentals are widely available along 30A if you want extra bikes for your group, helmets are recommended, and the paths can get busy during peak season. Location was so perfect! We loved walking/biking everywhere. Just walking distance to Beachy Bean and Old Florida Fish House! House had everything you’d need for the beach and the private pool was a definite plus. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home. Plenty of space for your family of 7. We loved being able to use the pool and hot tub at night. Close enough to the public beach with use of the golf cart and bikes. Beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

The home was located in a beautiful and cozy neighborhood, central to 30A. There was a great bicycle rental place for kid bikes right down the street too (30A bike rental). There was plenty of space to spread out in the home. We have 2 daughters and they thoroughly enjoyed the bunk beds and swimming in the backyard. Well stocked, and very prompt response time!

The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the trip for the kiddos, they spent more time there than the beach. Family vacation! The house was amazing! So many amenities! We absolutely love the beach but we also love having a home with a pool. The golf cart and bikes were an added bonus! The jacuzzi in the master bathroom was so relaxing. Also, loved the outdoor speakers! First place we’ve ever stayed that beach towels were provided. Andrea, the property manager, was so sweet and was always quick to respond with any questions we had! Will definitely be going back!

Celebratory Week with the whole family! This beautiful property welcomed a family of 4 + 2 friends, + 2 pups, 1 lg. SUV & 1 mid size SUV. This house was a perfect place to celebrate a college graduation & birthday. Great location to beach access, shopping & restaurants. It was overcast with off & on showers so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach so the swimming pool and spa were a nice substitute. Well equipped kitchen, great open concept for family cooking, games & creating memories. We will book this house again.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. My almost two year old loved the pool. The location is great! Although the public beach parking lot was small, we always found a spot. And if there wasn’t a spot, it was an easy bike ride! We really appreciated the access to the golf cart and chairs. It was the perfect distance to seaside and Panama City while being in a quiet neighborhood that was lovely to walk. The house was clean and as expected! It would be helpful to note that you will need to get more paper towels and toilet paper for an extended stay. There’s also no laundry detergent so you need to make sure to purchase your own! Overall our experience was great and I would definitely recommend!
