⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5– Exceeded Expectations! We were a little skeptical at first because of some past reviews, but the Sea Shack far exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, with direct access to both the pool and the beach – such a rare and convenient perk. The golf cart was easy to pick up and ended up being a fantastic addition to our trip. The condo itself was clean, bright, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. The bathrooms were beautifully updated and pristine. One of our favorite surprises was the fun retro touch – a Mortal Kombat arcade game and Atari system. The kids thought this was so cool. The location was perfect – just one street over from Cinnamon Shore. After visiting there for breakfast and a walk, we were actually thankful we stayed with Starkey Properties instead. We avoided the heavy traffic and crowds but were still close enough to enjoy the area when we want.

Great location This is our 2nd time to stay at the Sea Shack. It was neat, clean, spacious enough for 5 adults, and easy access to both the beach and restaurants. The management was responsive and clear in all communications. The house had everything we needed and the AC worked great. There is an outdoor shower to rinse all your things off when you come up from the beach. It was a relaxing week!

Very good experience! 3 great bedrooms with their own bathroom is exactly what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked (including salt and pepper shakers 😂). The beach access was close. Not crowded at all. Golf cart was an excellent touch. Notes: Pick up the golf cart at beach marker #1 and drive it back down the beach to #42. About a 10 minute ride. I would suggest picking up/returning first thing in the morning to avoid any traffic. Close pool access. Grill worked.Service and communication were great. Example: A curtain rod needed to be replaced and a courteous, professional gentleman quickly handled the problem. Also handled a few small issues while he was there. A couple of challenges to keep in mind…- Sleeper sofa is not excellent - Construction next door. Started about 8:30am and done around 4pm- Balconies are nice but no views.- WiFi signal was weak upstairsOverall it was great for our family!
