Greensway Park - Shared Amenities: Greenway Park offers a quieter, cottage-style 30A experience in Seagrove Beach—tucked near rare coastal dune lakes and the natural beauty of Point Washington State Forest, while still keeping you close to the white-sand Gulf beaches. A standout perk of staying here is the Greenway Park community pool, giving you an easy option for a mid-day cool-off or an afternoon reset when you want a break from the sand. Seasonal pool heating is available and the pool is maintained between 50°F–85°F, making it a great amenity even outside peak summer heat.
