Welcome to Seven Palms! A cozy little beach house with fantastic views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Seven Palms is new to the vacation rental market! It has always been owner occupied. As a guest at Seven Palms, you will feel like this is the perfect little getaway spot! Entering the home, you are welcomed with large picture windows that overlook the majestic art of Mother Nature. The open floor plan, allows you to see these views from the common living areas. The living room features a nice sectional and seating for six. The other two sitting areas are perfect little spots to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and reading a good book with a glass of wine.
This comfortable little three bedroom home can sleep up to seven. The split floor plan features the master bedroom holding a king size therapeutic mattress. Bedroom two has a queen size mattress and the kids room has a twin bunk bed. There is a small, full size, sleeper sofa in the sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to enjoy a meal. It offers a drip coffee pot as well as a Keurig coffee maker.
When you step outside you find a new form of paradise. With one screened in porch and one uncovered you will have several options when it comes to lounging around outside. Just a few footsteps from the beach you will find a magical feeling of euphoria. The screened in patio offers a nice break from the sun with several seating options and a table to enjoy a lunch with a view. On the other side of the house you will find an open deck with lounging chairs, giving you the perfect spot to soak up the sun. You can wheel the grill out front and cook up some juicy burgers and some delicious hot dogs while over looking the beautiful Guana State Park just across A1A.
