Once the site of the Warren Water Company, this thoughtfully transformed property honors the natural environment and the creativity it inspires. Each residence invites you to experience a different facet of nature and self: - A Return to Self (Floor 1): Bask in a sanctuary that blends spa-like indulgence with a soulful, minimalist aesthetic. A European-style kitchen, restorative primary bath, and layered textures create a space for deep rest and reflection. - A Return to the Woodlands (Floor 2 West): Rich jewel tones and organic textures create a cozy, grounding space that invites you to slow down and savor your surroundings. - A Return to the Marshlands (Floor 2 East): With cool blue-green hues and bold, natural elements, this vibrant home brings the beauty and vitality of the wetlands indoors for an energizing yet comforting experience. - A Return to the Water (Third Floor): Light-filled and open, this expansive loft welcomes connection and communal joy. Designed for meaningful connection, celebration, and creative reflection, it’s a place to rest, revel, and imagine a more inspired future together. - No need to bring towels, sheets and bedding everything is provided - Toiletries are available in the home and restocked after every stay - This historic three-story duplex features traditionally narrow and steep stairways without an elevator - There are narrow stairs leading to this unit, please be careful when carrying luggage up the stairs - Washer and dryer only included in Unit 1, and are not included in the additional apartments, however there is a laundromat nearby - Parking accommodates two standard-sized vehicles per apartment Exclusive access to all 4 apartments. Enter using the keypad on the back doors that face the parking lot for direct access. For security, the front doors facing Main Street remain locked and are only used for exits. A photo guide for parking is available to ensure you find your designated spot with ease. Please note, access to the basement is not included.
Guest Access
We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at a Portoro Homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - No Parties or Events. - Quiet Hours observed, 10:00pm - 8:00am. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro Homes directly. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts, fee typically applies. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. -- This property has four exterior cameras, one at each entrance to the building. - Some homes have pools and hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features. - Use at your own risk. - In the State of Rhode Island and in Bristol County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction. - With our great location, there may be some street noise. - This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
