Quechee Lakes Rentals by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 3 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure. Access To: The Quechee Club This home offers exclusive access to The Quechee Club. There is something for everyone at The Quechee Club, an outdoor enthusiast's haven and every outdoor whim. In the summer months, members and renters can enjoy several outdoor activities. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at an Quechee Lakes Rentals by Portoro (Portoro Homes) are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. We had a great stay at Twin Peaks! The house was clean, the beds were comfy and there were all sorts of couches and nooks for cozy reading and crafting time. It was also nicely located for running out quickly to get supplies or to go have some fun.

We absolutely loved our stay in Quechee!!! A family of 5, with three adult children - there was plenty of space for all of us to relax, work, play games, and share meals together. We especially loved sitting by the fire - the family room is so cozy and truly the heart of the home. Added bonus: the EV charger!!The location of the house is private yet proximate to activities and amenities. We took advantage of cross-country skiing at the Quechee Club, along with the fitness center and the ski lodge. A quick 10 minutes to the town of Woodstock or 15 to Lebanon, NH. It had access to any shops or amenities we could have needed, with a few restaurants and a market truly just down the road. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed at this house during a family ski weekend. The space was perfect to accommodate adults and children and the house was conveniently located close to several mountains. We loved exploring downtown Woodstock and taking advantage of antique shops in Quechee. We were talking about booking the house for another trip before we even checked out!

Had a very lovely stay for Thanksgiving and through the weekend! Loved the different options of sitting areas and nook vibes. Very clean, private yet still central enough. Gorgeous property and the room with the tv was especially breathtaking during snowfall with so many windows. Small suggestion for some area rugs in the downstairs bedrooms for chilly mornings and cold feet. I would recommend this air bnb for sure!

We stayed here to get out of the city for a few days before thanksgiving. The house is in a wonderfully private spot surrounded by woods—very peaceful. the house is well-appointed and has everything needed for a stay, including a car charger(!). There is a lot of space in the house for people to spread out and the location is extremely convenient— right across Rt 4 from everything going on at Quechee. The house has an affiliation with the club which will appeal to many— we have family who are members so we didn’t need to utilize this perk that came with the house. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

Great place for a home base. Easily accessible to all the great places to visit. The home is very private but centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. While we didn’t use the downstairs family room, it’s perfect for families. Very relaxing with a great backyard!

Six of us stayed here -- two couples, two kids. Lots of nice common space for everyone to stay together or be in different areas. Kids spent a bunch of time outside in the big yard or downstairs in the basement/tv room, we all hung out in the living room and outside on the deck + bbq-ed several nights. Beds are comfortable, AC is very cold. Only limitations were that the kitchen is small for a house this big, and we had some water issues for the upstairs bathroom (showerhead needs to be replaced.) Communication with the property was good, and they checked in often, and said they'd fix the water problem. Nice area, good market (Jake's) just a few minutes drive away. About 20 minutes to nearby towns, which we visited often. Did not use the sauna, it looks bigger in pics, but looks like it can accommodate one person at a time. Def would stay again!

They really thought of everything. I have stayed in several Airbnb's and I've never had this type of experience before. They were very communicative, thoughtful, responsive, and helpful. Towards the end of my stay, I had an issue and it was resolved very quickly, and I was really happy with the outcome. One of the reasons I was staying here, was to research the area and look for my own rental property. I will definitely be reaching out to this management company about potentially handling my property in the near future. In terms of the location, it's about 12 minutes to downtown Woodstock, about 40 minutes to New Hampshire, and the club experience really sealed the deal for me about this area in general. I absolutely loved going to the country club with my daughter and we didn't even maximize everything there that they offer for children. Overall, it was a very pleasantly surprising great experience. It was really the perfect place to stay with two kids and two adults

The house is great! Exactly as it looks in pictures. Our family had a nice week long stay. The host was very easy to work with - very clear communication and easy check in. We don’t have any issues. My only comment about the house is that it is very vertical (lots of interior stairs), so anyone with mobility issues or small kids should be aware.

Family Getaway We really enjoyed our stay in Quechee. The location is convenient. The accommodations were great; plenty of towels, toiletries provided in the bathrooms, extra sheets and blankets.
