We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Austin is an easy city to get around without a car in this location! Walk, rent a scooter or bike, easy access to Uber/Lyft. Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away. We also provide guests with a full list of recommendations and services. This information can be found in the House Manual upon check-in.

Had a great stay! This location is perfect to walk to the Rainey st area and east ceaser chavez area, as well as quick access to the greenway. Also its a ~5-10 minute walk from a dock for the city electric bikes which is super convenient for getting around. The place is pretty small but it has everything you need for a 1 bedroom basic stay! Previous reviews had stated that they wished there was a fridge, so I had asked before our stay if one could be installed. When we arrived, there was a small fridge/freezer with ice cube trays, microwave, and a Keurig! We had some trouble with checkin, as the address was incorrect and there was actually a key in a lock box, but the instructions had said a keyless entry. But the management company was responsive enough and helped us figure it out. I think a keyless entry would have made the stay perfect.

Overall, it was a great weekend stay! The place was clean and private - you may make eye contacts withe the neighborhood sitting at their breakfast nook. Haha The address to the location is different- the entrance is actually on the other side of the block on Holly st. Contacting them to find the entrance was easy and responsive enough. Driveway parking was unavailable for parking so street parking is only option. After we found the entry and checked-in, the place is clean and open with the high ceiling. The location was great where it is safe enough to walk to 6th and Rainey. A small fridge, creamer/sugar, for coffee would have been a considerate touch. After all we enjoyed our stay!
