Product Description: Portoro Homes Inc ("Portoro," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program for individuals who inquire about or use our vacation rental property management services. Messages may include:
Transactional messages: Responses to inquiries, appointment reminders, account updates, and other service-related communications.
Promotional messages: Marketing offers, company news, and promotional content (sent only to those who separately opt in to receive promotional messages).
Opt-In: By checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our web form at portoro.com/vacation-rental-management and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly authorize Portoro to send text messages to the mobile phone number you provide using autodialer or non-autodialer technology. You do not have to opt in as a condition of purchase.
You consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. To withdraw that consent, contact us via the methods described in the Contact Us section of our website (portoro.com), or visit the Notification page in your account settings. Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from that Portoro phone number unless you opt in again.
